Samantha Hinrichs

Associate Attorney

Originally from Northern Virginia, Samantha Hinrichs graduated with honors from George Mason University in 2012. After believing she wanted to become a police officer, Samantha found passion in law and moved to the Lowcountry where she attended Charleston School of Law. While in law school, she clerked for a family law firm.

Since her graduation in 2019, Samantha has been a member of the South Carolina Bar. Shortly after becoming a member of the bar began working in a downtown law firm before recently moving back closer home to work in Summerville.

A descendant of a Cuban immigrants and fluent in Spanish, she enjoys continuing to learn about her Hispanic culture as well as the cultures of others. She shares her love for cooking with her grandmother, who has instilled in her all of the skills of Cuban cuisine. Samantha’s true loves, however, are her pups Bella, Nya, and Frida.
